Pauletts' famed cellar door with its magnificent views, has become even better with the official opening of its 'Bush Devine Café'. Opened by the Hon. The Café is inspired and partly sourced from the adjacent Bush Food Garden which contains over 80 different species of plants. Local revered chef Roger Graham has devised a unique and mouthwatering menu to complement Pauletts' diverse range of wines.

Doors are now open with meals available 7 days a week, from 11am - 4pm. Bookings are essential, phone cellar door on 08 8843 4328 between 10am - 5pm, to reserve your table.

terroir1

Terroir Auburn runs with a strict locavore philosophy. We use as much local produce as humanly possible, with only ingredients such as spices and some dairy products out- sourced, as they are not produced in the Clare Valley.

A strong focus on seasonality and a weekly changing menu insures a contempary representation of seasonal Clare Valley produce.
All ingredients are sourced from sustainable and humanely treated stocks.

With both current and old school cookery techniques used, in a relaxed yet professional setting, Terroir Auburn is a true representation of the modern Clare Valley.

skillogalee

Skillogalee is a vibrant, busy and cosy restaurant where you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon sampling some of the Clare Valleys best food. All the dishes have wine suggestions matched to them on the menu. So while we are preparing your entree head into the cellar door for a tasting.

What started out in 1990 as an idea to serve food to visitors who came to taste wine, soon blossomed into a restaurant with its own strong identity and a national reputation.

The emphasis is on interesting dishes from around the world using the best ingredients, local if possible, well-presented and professionally served, but in a relatively informal atmosphere. The menu changes frequently according to the season and what ingredients are available and fresh. Morning and afternoon teas are also offered - the best scones in the Valley! - and gourmet picnic baskets are available by arrangement.
